Since March 1, 2022, the whole of Vienna has been a short-term parking zone.

Short-term parking zone regulation for the 22nd district: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (except public holidays)

The room prices do not include a parking space.

The parking lot costs an extra € 10.00 per car and night, subject to availability.

( Due to the size of the parking lots only cars are allowed on these parking lots! )

In front of the Breitenlee medical center (front of the hotel), hotel guests are allowed to use the 6 parking spaces from Mon. until Fri. from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. and Sat. from 12:00 p.m. to Mon. 8:30 a.m. free use, reservation of these parking spaces is not possible!

Cancellation conditions:

A hotel booking is a contract of sale. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, cancellation fees will apply! Every room reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 3 working days before arrival (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days!).
If the booking is not used or canceled in good time and also in the event of early departure, we must invoice the total amount of the services booked but not used!
We reserve the right to ask you to transmit data from a valid credit card in order to secure your booking.
